The breakfast was vegan and had plenty of food. There were air conditioner, two TVs and mosquito nets in my fairmont queen room. The service was good and the staff were happy to help. Fab location to miniature world.

it was worth its 5 stars. we think it's a fantastic base for staying in victoria. regards to your porter. comfy bed for sleeping. booked table at q at the empress, it's their onsite restaurant.

The hotel's in front of victoria bug zoo, also we could easily access beacon hill park. 800 feet away there is dog gone it. It was definitely 4 stars for us: D
